I've always had a passion for healthy living and a curiosity about how the human body works and heals — something that has driven my passion for lifelong learning. This has led me to continually educate myself so I can help others live healthier, pain-free lives and achieve optimal health through personalized chiropractic care.
My journey began in Montreal, Quebec, where I attended McGill University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Human Anatomy and Cell Biology. During that time, I had the opportunity to work alongside an OB/GYN, which sparked my interest in the body's ability to heal and ultimately led me to pursue chiropractic care. I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
During my final year of chiropractic studies, I sustained a neck injury that deepened my understanding of recovery. Although my symptoms were improving with chiropractic treatments, it wasn't until I incorporated medical acupuncture that I saw tremendous results. This inspired me to complete Medical Acupuncture training at McMaster University so I could offer the same level of care to my patients. Through my experience working alongside medical professionals and additional training, I developed a strong interest in prenatal care and became certified in the Webster Technique.
My approach to care is hands-on and individualized, combining chiropractic spinal adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and medical acupuncture to effectively reduce pain, restore mobility, and support your overall health.
I have completed additional training in Neurokinetic Therapy® (NKT), a manual muscle testing technique that helps identify and address the root cause of a patient’s pain and movement dysfunction. This allows me to uncover and correct compensation patterns, leading to more effective and lasting results.
Each treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs, with a focus on long-term outcomes. I am committed to ongoing, evidence-based education to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.
